My name is Shana Rhodes, and caregiving isn’t just my career — it’s my calling. For over 15 years, I’ve worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in hospitals, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and private homes. Along the way, I met seniors who had no family, caregivers who were exhausted, and families who needed trustworthy support but didn’t know where to turn.

That’s when I realized my purpose was bigger than just a job — it was a mission.

I created Shana CARES Marketplace to combine all the things I love:
